    This package includes a “Training Peaks” premium account, unique training zones that are monitored regularly, daily contact with feedback and analysis after every session, tailored strength sessions to support your training, discounts on sport massage services and no start-up fee!

    • Weekly Video call to discuss the week’s training and next week’s sessions.

    • Feedback is provided after every session

    • Training zones are accurately prescribed and monitored regularly.

    The sports package offers the same level of professional, tailored training plans with unique training zones as the performance package but with less coach contact.

    Strength sessions can be added at an additional cost and there is a start-up fee which is refunded after your second month.

    • Video call every 2 weeks

    • Feedback on sessions provided twice a week
